Manor Circus Road Works Petition

We the undersigned call upon the Mayor of London to extend working hours at the Manor Circus roundabout works in Richmond to 24-hours per day and at Transport for London’s expense to ensure the current phase is completed in November. The disruption caused by these works, including the recent water main burst, is unacceptable and must be ended as soon as possible.
